When you are on the road you use the bathroom where you can. I had drank a lot of water at lunch and we were on our way to finding another 'hidden gem' in the area'ish and saw this mall. We knew it was going to be different when we parked and inside we saw a sign for 'money exchange.' What? Who exchanges money at a mall?
Foreigners exchange money at a mall. And we saw a lot of them. Mostly Asians but it was kind of a mix. And the stores in this mall? The only one I could afford to shop at was Bath & Body Works. Next to a Lego store. I saw Sugarfina! We went inside and looked around but didn't buy anything. Other than that we just wandered the mall.  Stores like Prada,  Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Dior, Gucci, Kate Spade..you get the idea.
Interesting? Lots of security in the stores and no kiosks like a 'normal' mall and no food court. Just restaurants throughout the mall. So different!
Wish I had been hungry enough to eat here even though I end up messing up my order (or they do) every time I go. Whoops! But soo delicious.
If this kind of mall sounds like something you'd enjoy, it was called South Coast Plaza and its located at: 3333 Bristol Street in Costa Mesa.
